Plans change. If you booked for a specific time and it no longer works, you don't need to cancel. Just propose a new time.
How to change your schedule
- Open your booking in the Orders menu.
- Tap Change schedule.
- Pick a new date and time, then briefly note the reason.
- Send your proposal.
Who decides?
If a tukang hasn't been assigned yet, your new time takes effect straight away. If a tukang has already accepted your booking, the decision is theirs: they can agree or decline. Until they respond, the original schedule still stands. So keep preparing as if nothing has changed until you hear back.
Limitations
- Only for scheduled bookings, not on-demand ones.
- You must request the change at least 3 hours before the agreed time.
- The new time can be at most 30 days ahead.
- A booking can be rescheduled a maximum of 2 times. After that, it's fairer to place a new booking.
- Proposals that get no response expire after 12 hours, and the original schedule remains in place.
If the tukang declines
The original schedule still stands. If you genuinely can't make that time, you can still cancel the booking. Check the cancellation terms first, as a fee may apply if the booking is close to the scheduled time.
