Once you complete an order and the client confirms, Yukser automatically transfers the payment to your bank account.
Payment flow
- You complete the order, the booking status changes to "Completed"
- Yukser holds the payment for 48 hours (2 days), a security period
- After the security period ends, the funds are released. You can see the release date in the payment details, under the "Earnings" tab
- The transfer is sent automatically at the next daily schedule, in the morning at around 9 WIB
- You get a notification when your earnings are recorded, when the transfer is sent, and when the money has arrived
Example: job completed Thursday at 14:30, released Saturday at 14:30, transferred Sunday morning. Because transfers run in the morning, anything released in the afternoon will not be sent until the following morning.
Payment breakdown
- Labour: the order price minus the Yukser platform fee (15%)
- Materials: paid in full as you reported them
- Transfer fee: covered by Yukser (you receive the full amount)
Example: order of Rp 200.000 (labour Rp 150.000 + materials Rp 50.000)
- Platform fee: Rp 22.500 (15% of Rp 150.000)
- Materials: Rp 50.000 (in full)
- You receive: Rp 177.500
If you are still in your first-month promotion, the platform fee is 0%, so you receive the full amount. The details that apply to you are always shown in your payment details.
Check your earnings
Open the "Earnings" tab in the app to see:
- On hold (in the security period, with the release date shown)
- Processing (ready to be transferred)
- Received (in your account)
