After you pay, Yukser holds the funds until the tukang completes the work and you confirm everything is fine.
How it works
- You pay via QRIS or another method, and the funds go to Yukser
- The tukang carries out your order until it is complete
- Once the work is marked as complete, Yukser holds the funds for 48 hours (2 days), which is the security period
- After the security period, Yukser automatically transfers the funds to the tukang's bank account at the next daily transfer schedule
Why is there a security period?
The 48-hour security period gives you time to raise any issues with your order. You can report a problem and the funds can be returned without needing to reclaim them from the tukang.
What if there is a problem?
While the security period is still active, you can request a refund. Once the money has been transferred to the tukang, refunds need to be discussed separately with the Yukser team.
