After you tap Find a Tukang, the system starts matching you with the nearest active tukang who has the right skills.
How long does it usually take?
During busy hours (midday to late afternoon), a tukang usually responds within 1 to 5 minutes. Outside working hours or in more remote locations, it may take longer.
What if no tukang accepts?
Yukser does not stop after one attempt. The system repeats the search over several rounds, each time with a wider radius. If it is still unsuccessful after that, you receive a notification with a short explanation and three options:
- Keep searching for me, continue searching with a wider radius
- Change the time or location, this is often the quickest fix
- Ask Yukser, our assistant replies straight away, no queue
Can I wait while doing something else?
Yes. A notification will come through to your phone as soon as a tukang accepts. You can also close the page and come back later, your order status will continue as normal.
No payment is taken while you wait. You are only charged once a tukang agrees.
