For your account's security, change your password regularly.
How to change it
- Go to Profile → Change password.
- Enter your old password.
- Create a new password (at least 8 characters, a mix of letters and numbers).
- Confirm it once more.
- Save.
Forgotten your old password?
Log out, then on the login page tap Forgot password?. You'll receive a reset link via SMS or email.
Tips for a good password
- At least 8 characters
- Mix uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers
- Don't use your date of birth or name
- Don't use the same password as another account
Think someone else has accessed your account?
Change your password straight away. If you need extra help, contact the Yukser team and tell them what happened.
