Already entered a figure but need to correct it? You can, under certain conditions.
When can you change it?
As long as the customer has not started paying. Once they tap "Bayar Sekarang", the figure is locked.
How to change it
- Open the order.
- In the Biaya material block, tap the Ubah button (if it appears).
- Enter the new figure and save.
The customer will see the new figure immediately on their page.
The Ubah button is not showing
This means the customer has already started paying. You can still communicate via chat if additional materials are needed on site. these are usually paid in cash by mutual agreement.
It is better to enter an accurate figure from the start than to change it later. The customer receives a notification every time the figure changes.
