Yukser stores some data about you to run the service. We look after it carefully.
What we store
- Basic identity - name, phone number, profile photo
- Order address - so the tukang can find you
- Order history - for payments, warranty, and support
- Tukang location while active - for order matching
- Payment data - processed through Xendit; we do not store full card numbers
What we do not do
- We do not sell data to third parties
- We do not send marketing spam to phone contacts
- We do not show your phone number to other users
Account deletion
If you want your account deleted, contact the Yukser team. We keep some data to meet legal obligations (for example, tax records), but personal data that is not required will be deleted.
Sharing with tukang/customers
- Name and profile photo - for identification during an order
- Address - only with the tukang who accepts a specific order
- Phone number - never shared directly
