Tukang verification
All tukang active on Yukser have gone through identity verification: KTP, a selfie, and a basic background check. Tukang who fail verification cannot accept orders.
Escrow payments
We hold your money in our system until the job is complete. Tukang know their payment is secure, and you know your money won't disappear if something goes wrong.
OTP when your tukang arrives
A 4-digit code that you share with your tukang confirms that the right person is at the right location.
In-app chat
Your phone number and your tukang's number are never shown. All communication happens through the app's chat, so your privacy stays protected.
Public reviews and ratings
Every customer rates their tukang after a job. Ratings appear on the tukang's profile. Tukang with poor ratings will be reviewed by the Yukser team.
