You can delete your Yukser account at any time. Here is how it works and what happens afterwards.
How to delete
- Open Profile.
- Select Delete account at the bottom.
- Confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately.
30-day waiting period
After you request deletion, your account is deactivated for 30 days first. Only after that is your personal data permanently deleted.
Changed your mind? During those 30 days, simply sign in to the app again and select Cancel deletion. Your account will be restored exactly as it was.
What gets deleted
After 30 days, your personal data, including your name, phone number, photo and address, is deleted and cannot be recovered. Order history is kept anonymously for financial records and is no longer linked to your identity.
Got an active order or pending payment?
If you still have an active order or an unresolved payment, the Yukser team will check on it before your account is fully deleted, so nothing gets missed.
