As a tukang, you can delete your account at any time through the app. Here is how to do it and what you need to know.
How to delete
- Open the Profile tab.
- Select Delete account at the bottom.
- Confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and you stop receiving new orders.
30-day waiting period
Your account is deactivated for 30 days before your personal data is permanently deleted. During that time you will not receive orders.
Changed your mind? Simply sign in again, then select Cancel deletion. After that, turn your availability back on to start accepting orders again.
Finish any active work first
If you have active orders, pending payouts or other outstanding matters, the Yukser team will check these first. It is best to complete any ongoing work and make sure your funds have been paid out before deleting your account.
What gets deleted
After 30 days, your personal data, including your name, phone number, photo, KTP and bank account details, is permanently deleted. Your job history is kept anonymously for the platform's financial records.
