After you confirm your order, Yukser starts looking for a tukang. One is usually found within 1–2 minutes, and even faster in busy areas.
What happens behind the scenes?
The system shares your order in 3 stages:
- The best tukang near you gets an exclusive offer first. They have time to read your notes without rushing.
- If it's not taken, the system opens it to 5 other nearby tukang at the same time.
- If it's still unclaimed, every suitable tukang in your zone gets the offer.
One round takes around 3 minutes. If no one has accepted yet, the system doesn't give up: it repeats that round with a wider radius, up to 4 times.
If your job is scheduled for later
Orders more than 2 hours away are handled differently: each round lasts 30 minutes, and the search keeps running in the background until 2 hours before your scheduled time. You can close the app and we'll notify you as soon as a tukang is ready.
If no one is available?
You'll get a "no tukang available yet" message along with a brief explanation of why: perhaps the tukang near you are busy, or your location is a little far from them. From there you can:
- Tap Keep searching for me to continue the search with a wider radius
- Change the time or address
- Ask the Tanya Yukser assistant if you'd like more detail
A few tips to get a tukang faster:
- Choose a busier time of day (working hours, not the middle of the night)
- Fill in your notes clearly so the tukang understands straight away
- Make sure your address is accurate, as tukang filter by distance
I saw "Tukang found" and then it disappeared. Why?
The first tukang offered may have declined or run out of time. The system automatically moves on to the next candidate. You don't need to do anything, just wait a moment.
