Paid but your tukang hasn't set off or still hasn't shown up? You don't need to wait without any answers.
When the button appears
The app tracks how long you've been waiting automatically:
- Tukang hasn't set off yet: 45 minutes after payment (or after your appointment time, if your booking is scheduled).
- Tukang has set off but hasn't arrived: 90 minutes after they departed.
Once that window passes, the Tukang tidak datang button appears on your order page. Before that, you'll see a countdown so you know exactly how long is left.
What happens after you report
Your order is cancelled and you get a full refund. If you paid with a method that supports automatic refunds, it kicks off straight away. If not, our team handles it and may ask for your bank account details.
There's no cancellation fee. This isn't your fault.
Before you report
Try messaging your tukang first via the in-app chat. Traffic in Jakarta is real, and a quick message is often enough. If you get no response at all, go ahead and report it.
