A few important rules when using Yukser:
For all users
- Give accurate and up-to-date information (name, address, phone number)
- Do not misuse the platform for illegal purposes
- Respect other users, rude language or harassment will result in your account being blocked
For customers
- Be present when the tukang arrives at the agreed time
- Pay through the platform's procedure, do not pay outside the app
- Leave honest reviews and do not pressure tukang
- Repeated cancellations without reason may restrict your account
For tukang
- Only accept orders you can carry out
- Arrive within the estimated time and let the customer know if you are running late
- Report actual materials honestly, the system will refund any difference to the customer
- Repeated violations (late without notice, poor results, cancellations without reason) may restrict your account
Prohibited
- Full cash payment outside Yukser (except additional materials that have been communicated)
- Sharing personal details (bank account, KTP) via chat
- Illegal work or work that breaches local regulations
