Yukser has four rankings: Pemula, Andalan, Bintang, and Elite. Your ranking shows how consistent your work is, and customers can see it.
Where do I see my ranking?
Open Profile and tap the ranking badge at the top, or open Statistics and tap the ranking card. The Rankings page shows your current ranking, what benefits it comes with, and what you need to reach the next level.
How do I move up a ranking?
The system recalculates every night based on four things:
- Number of completed orders, the more, the better.
- Average star rating, from customer reviews.
- Cancellation rate, orders you cancelled yourself, calculated from your recent orders.
- Number of customers who left a review, not just the star rating, but how many people rated you.
The numbers required for each ranking are on the Rankings page, along with your current position.
If my score drops, do I lose my ranking straight away?
Not straight away. You get a grace period first, a few days to turn things around. During the grace period your ranking stays the same and you will see a notification on the Rankings page. If your score recovers before the grace period ends, nothing changes.
