Yukser sends notifications for important things like new orders, status updates, and messages.
Types of notification
- Orders - tukang accepted, on the way, arrived, completed
- Messages - new chat from a tukang or customer
- Payments - payment confirmation, refunds, payouts
- Promos and info - offers, platform updates (you can turn these off)
Managing notification types
Go to Profile → Notifications. You can turn each category on or off.
Notifications not coming through
- Check your system notification settings (phone Settings) - make sure Yukser is allowed.
- Check your internet connection.
- Make sure the app is on the latest version.
- Try logging out and back in.
Order notifications arriving late
Make sure your phone's Battery Saver mode is not closing the Yukser app in the background. For tukang, this is important so you do not miss new orders.
