How to do it
On the tukang card, tap the review count next to the stars. A list of reviews will open: the customer's first name, the date, the star rating given, the service booked, and their comment. Scroll down to see more.
Sometimes a tukang replies
A tukang can reply to reviews. Their reply appears below the relevant review. This can help you judge how the tukang handles feedback.
Why are there only a few reviews?
It's perfectly normal for a newly joined tukang to have only a few reviews. Also check the rank badge and the number of completed orders on the tukang card for a fuller picture.
My own review
Once your order is complete, you can give a star rating and write a review. Your review is shown with your first name only, your phone number and address are never displayed.
