Which area is used
The area used is your job address, not where you open the app. So if you are in Jakarta but booking for a home in Bali, Bali's area price applies.
On the service page you can see the area name just below the price, for example Price for Jakarta.
Before you choose an address
Until you choose an address, Yukser shows a general price as a guide. This figure may change slightly once an address is selected. That is not a hidden extra charge; it is simply your area's own price.
Price is locked when you book
Once you choose an address and continue with your booking, the price is locked immediately. The price you see on the confirmation screen is the price you pay. Any price changes after that do not apply to orders you have already placed.
What does not affect the price
- When you book, morning or night makes no difference.
- The distance from the tukang to your home, that is Yukser's concern, not yours.
- The payment method you choose.
Why this matters
Tukang in each area have different living costs and working costs. With area-based pricing, tukang receive fair pay where they are, and you do not pay more than the market rate in your area.
