Welcome to Yukser! Tukang registration is guided step by step through a chat conversation. Yukser asks one question at a time, and you just answer.
1. Name and phone number
Download the Yukser tukang app and get started. Enter your full name, then sign up with your phone number. Enter the OTP code sent to you by SMS.
2. Personal details
Your date of birth, gender and home address. Pick your location on the map.
3. Vehicle
Choose your vehicle: motorbike, car, bicycle or public transport. If you use an electric vehicle, a green badge will appear on your profile automatically.
4. Identity verification
- KTP photo, make sure it is clear and all four corners are visible. Yukser reads the details automatically; you just check and correct anything that looks wrong.
- Selfie, take a photo of your face. Yukser matches it automatically against your KTP photo. This selfie also becomes your profile photo, so make sure your face is clear and you are not wearing sunglasses.
Your KTP is encrypted, used only for verification, and never shown to customers.
5. Services and zone
- Specialisations, select all the areas you are skilled in (air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, etc.). The more you choose, the more orders you will receive.
- Service zone, drag the map to your central point, then choose a radius of 5, 10, 15 or 25 km. Orders outside your radius will not reach you.
6. Work profile (optional)
A short description of how you work: whether you have your own tools, your experience and your working hours. You can skip this, but filling it in makes your profile more convincing to customers.
7. Wait for verification
Once everything has been submitted, our team will verify your details within 1 to 3 working days. As soon as you are approved, you can switch on your availability and start accepting orders.
Tip: fill in all your details accurately and make your photos as clear as possible so verification goes quickly.
