Booking a tukang through the Yukser app is simple. Here's how:
1. Choose a service. Open the Services tab, select a category, then pick the service you need. You'll see the service details and pricing.
2. Fill in your order details. Tap "Pesan sekarang". Choose a date and time, then set your location on the map by dragging the pin to the right spot. Add a landmark too (gate colour, RT/RW, floor number) so the tukang can find you easily.
3. Search for a tukang. Tap "Cari Tukang". Yukser will look for the nearest available tukang. This usually only takes a few minutes.
4. Tukang found. Once a tukang accepts your order, they'll confirm the cost of any materials needed. You'll see a full cost breakdown.
5. Pay. Once the cost is confirmed, proceed to payment. Choose your payment method and confirm. Done!
You can cancel your order at any time before paying using the "Batalkan pesanan" button. Your payment is secure as funds are only released to the tukang once the job is complete.
