Booking a service on Yukser takes just a few minutes.
The steps
- Open the app or app.yukser.com.
- Choose a category (AC, electrical, cleaning, etc.) or search using the search box.
- Select the specific service. You will see the base price and estimated duration.
- Enter the job address using the map or by typing it in. Make sure the address is clear.
- Add a brief note if there is anything specific the tukang needs to know.
- Tap Find a Tukang. Yukser will match you with a tukang who is available.
What happens after I tap Find a Tukang?
The system searches for the nearest suitable tukang. Once a tukang accepts, you will receive a notification. After the tukang has confirmed the cost of materials (if any), you just need to pay.
Tip: a complete address with a landmark (for example, "in front of minimarket X") helps the tukang arrive more quickly.
