Payment methods
QRIS is always available. Other methods appear on the payment screen when they are active. Follow the options you see in the app, as those are the most up to date.
Payments are processed through Xendit, so your card details are secure.

Confirmation usually takes a few seconds. If there is still no confirmation after 1 minute, refresh the page or check your payment app.
What charges are you paying?
- Service fee (based on the service category)
- Material deposit (if applicable)
- Small admin fee from the payment provider (varies by method)
Does the tukang receive my money straight away?
No. Yukser holds your money via escrow. The funds are only released to the tukang once the job is complete and confirmed.
Paying upfront is the guarantee that gives the tukang the confidence to arrive with the materials they need.
