Every paid order has an official invoice. It shows the invoice number, service details, charges and payment status, so you have clear proof that the job has been paid for.
How to open your invoice:
- Open the paid or completed order
- Tap the View invoice button
- The invoice opens full screen straight away, no need to log in again
Downloading the PDF: On the invoice page, tap the Download PDF button at the bottom to save or share it.
Your invoice is secure: the invoice link is private and short-lived, so only you can open it from the app. If the invoice page does not load, close it and tap View invoice again from your order.
