Once the tukang has accepted your order and confirmed the material costs, you will be taken to the payment page.
How to pay
- Select a payment method from the options shown on your screen.
- For QRIS: scan the code that appears using your payment app.
- For other methods: you will be taken to the Xendit payment page to complete the transaction.
- Once payment is successful, the tukang will get ready to head to your location.
Which payment methods are available?
QRIS is always available. Other methods appear on the payment screen when they are active. What you see in the app is what is genuinely available at that moment, so go with the options shown on screen.
If payment fails
Try again from the order page. You will not be charged if the payment does not go through.
Payment receipt
Once you have paid, you can download your payment receipt from the order page.
