How Yukser works in 5 steps

From booking to completion, here's how it goes:

For customers

1. Choose the service you need and enter your address.
2. The system finds the nearest available tukang.
3. The tukang accepts and sets an estimated materials cost if needed.
4. You pay using one of the methods shown on the payment screen.
5. The tukang travels, works, and finishes. You share the OTP code when the tukang arrives; the job is closed with a single tap.

For tukang

1. Turn on your availability in the app.
2. Accept new orders that come in within your service zone.
3. Set the materials cost if needed, then wait for the customer to pay.
4. Travel to the address. The customer shares the OTP code when you arrive.
5. Complete the job, enter the OTP, and receive your earnings.

Once the job is done, the customer leaves a review. The Yukser team checks in if there are any complaints.
