Yukser uses a 3-tier cascade system to distribute orders to tukang. The goal: every order gets a fair chance to be considered carefully, while still finding the right tukang quickly.
Three stages
Stage 1, Just for you (≈ 45 seconds)
The system selects one tukang who is the best fit:
- Closest distance to the customer's location
- Rating ≥ 4.5 (where available)
- Active and with a good order acceptance habit (skip ≤ 50% in the last 30 days)
This tukang receives the order exclusively, no competition. You have time to read the customer's notes, check the location on the map, and decide without rushing.
Stage 2, Shared with 5 tukang (≈ 30 seconds)
If Stage 1 passes without an accept, the system opens the order to the next 5 closest tukang. The first to tap Terima wins. There is no rating filter at this stage.
Stage 3, Broadcast (≈ 15 seconds)
The final stage: the order is opened to all tukang in the matching zone. Tap quickly, as there is plenty of competition.
Order expires without an accept
If no one takes the order after all 3 stages, the customer is notified "no tukang available". They can try again later.
Skip or timeout, does it count?
Yes. The system records every order you skip or let expire. If your skip rate is above 50% in the last 30 days, you are removed from Stage 1 (no more exclusive orders) until your pattern improves. You will still receive orders in Stages 2 and 3.
How to move up in priority
- Keep your customer rating high
- Stay active (toggle availability on) when you are ready to work
- Do not skip orders if you can actually take them
Stage 1 = a golden order. If you get them often, it means customers and the system trust you.
