Do customers use the web or the app?
Both. Customers can book via app.yukser.com or the consumer app on their phone. The key thing: tukang and customers always communicate through the same chat.
Can I log into the tukang app on the web?
For full tukang features (GPS, real-time notifications), the phone app is required. The tukang web dashboard is currently in development.
Multi-device
Your tukang account can only be active on one device at a time. If you log in on a new phone, your previous session is logged out automatically.
Make sure your phone has enough battery when accepting orders. The app uses GPS and internet throughout the duration of the order.
